    • You do not need any QR code to participate. When you are asked to 'Take a picture' we would like to see a picture of the front of your bottle, can or glass, so not of the QR code on the back.

    • Sorry, you must have a mobile device with a camera to participate in this promotion. A tablet with a camera might also work, but not all tablets are supported.

    • Congratulations! If you're one of our lucky winners we'll send you an email to confirm your prize. Should you not receive this email, don't panic! We still have your details to send on your prize and if there are any issues, we'll give you a call. If you still haven’t received your prize after 28 days of winning, contact us at support@winwithbud.com quoting WinWithBud and your prize in the subject line.

    • Sometimes our emails won’t reach you – they may end up in a spam filter or fall through the cracks of the internet. Don't worry, the confirmation email is just a nice extra to show your friends that you've won.

      At the moment of entry, your data was captured. We've got your back and we will reach out to you. If this also fails, we will give you a call.

    • If you were unable to enter your details to claim your prize, create a Budweiser account using the same email address you used to enter the competition and we will be able to identify you as a winner.

    • Immediately after you won we have asked you for your mobile phone number. The beer discount voucher should be sent to you by TEXT message in a few minutes. Follow the instructions in the TEXT to claim your discount.

    • Our vouchers are accepted in participating stores in England. To find the nearest participating store check here.

    • The original digital coupon (not a copy) can be used to redeem £5 OFF your purchase of any Budweiser multipack product, when you spend £5 or more on other items in store. Please do not attempt to redeem the digital coupon against any other product.

    • There could be a number of reasons for this.

      • The cashier has mistaken the coupon for a store loyalty coupon,
      • You're trying to redeem the coupon in a non-participating store.
      • The cashier has incorrectly entered the barcode number.
      • You have not held your phone sufficiently long enough for the scanner to scan the barcode.
    • In the event a barcode is not scanned, please show the barcode number and ask the cashier to enter manually. View this example:

    • To prevent our coupons being shared and misused, we have an encrypted barcode which prevents the coupon from being copied or shared. 

    • If you're having issues logging in, please use the 'Lost password' link to gain access to your account.

    • Upon creating your account we will send you an email with an activation link, which is valid for two weeks. If you do not activate your account within this period it will be deleted, however, this does not affect any competitions you have participated in.

      You can create a new account by clicking the login button on the top right-hand corner of the web page and selecting 'Create New Account'. Please note if your account was deleted you will need to re-enter your personal details again.

    • It's no longer possible to login to your Budweiser account using Facebook. You might have linked your Facebook account to our Budweiser account in the past, in that case you can still login to your by using the 'Lost password' option in the login screen and entering your Facebook email address.
    • It's not a requirement to have an account to enter competitions. However, if you would like to enter this competition more than once, or any Budweiser competitions in the future, creating an account means you won't have to re-enter your details each time. We'll only send you any promotional messages if you clicked to subscribe to our newsletter.
    • If you haven't activated your account yet just do nothing. Non-activated accounts are deleted two weeks after creation.
      To delete an activated account, please login, go to 'My Profile' and click the 'Delete my account' button at the bottom. Your account will be deleted instantly along with any data from previous competitions you have participated in. You can still enter Budweiser competitions without an account.
      To unsubscribe from our email newsletter, please use the 'unsubscribe link that is at the bottom of the email.

    • There are a number of reasons we ask for your data, including:
      • Your date of birth to ensure you are of legal drinking age
      • Your email address to keep the competition fair and prevent people from trying to enter more than once a day
      • Your country of residence to check the competition is running there or because different countries are sometimes eligible for different prizes
      • Your contact details (name, address, and phone number) in case you are one of our lucky winners so we can reach out to you and deliver your prizes
      Please note that if you've chosen to create an account, we will store your data so that you can easily participate multiple times and take part in other future promotions we might have. 
      How we process and use your data beyond this is explained in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
    • Login to your account, click 'My Profile', and tick the 'edit' icon to the right of the field that you want to update.
      Forgot your password? Use the 'reset password' link on the account login page.
    • Even though you've never visited this Budweiser competition site before, you might have created an account on another site for a previous competition. Use the 'Lost password' link on the account login page to regain access to your account.
